# Windows app system requirements

> Minimum requirements to install and run the Tella Windows app.

Here's what your PC needs to run [Tella for Windows](https://tella.com/windows) (currently in Beta).

## Minimum requirements

* **Windows 10 or later**, including Windows 11. Windows 7 and 8 are not supported.

* **Intel, AMD, or ARM processor.** There are separate installers for each:
  * **Most PCs (Intel/AMD):** [TellaSetup.exe](https://windows.tella.tv/download/TellaSetup.exe)
  * **Surface Pro X or Snapdragon (ARM):** [TellaSetup-arm64.exe](https://windows.tella.tv/download/TellaSetup-arm64.exe)

* **Internet connection** with an upload speed of at least **2.5–5 Mbps** for reliable uploads. Test your speed [here](https://www.speedtest.net/).

* **Free disk space** of at least **5–10 GB** before recording. Tella temporarily saves recordings to local storage before uploading them, so longer or higher-quality recordings need more space.

## Download
