How to add chapters to your video
Chapters let viewers jump to specific sections of your video, perfect for longer tutorials, presentations, or any content with distinct topics.
Adding chapters
Open your video in the Tella editor
Click on the Chapters option in the setup panel
Click Add Chapter or generate chapters using AI
Enter a title and description for the chapter
How viewers see chapters
When you add chapters to your video:
Viewers see chapter markers on the video progress bar
A chapter list may appear that viewers can click to jump to sections
This makes it easy to navigate longer video
