Something went wrong error

The “Something went wrong” message can appear in two situations:

  1. Just before you start a recording - so you’re unable to start

  2. At the end of a recording - so you’re unable to stop

When this message it appears, here’s what to do:

  1. Try again, if you can - don’t try a full new video, just do a test

  2. Quit and restart your web browser - most of time this type of error is related to a problem with your web browser and restarting can fix it

  3. If 1 and 2 don’t help, contact support via the in-app menu, or support@tella.com
