I can't edit the video I just recorded on the Tella Mac app
If you've just recorded a video on the Tella Mac app but can't edit it, this guide will help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Check the Tella account you're logged in with on the Mac App.
Check the Tella account you're logged in with on your browser.
Open Tella in your web browser by going to tella.com
Click on your workspace name on the top left
Click on the Profile tab
Take note of this email address
Compare the email addresses from Steps 1 and 2. They should be identical.
If the accounts are different:
Sign out of Tella in your web browser
Log back in using the same email address you're using on the Mac App
