Invite a new member to your Tella workspace
Adding new members to your workspace is simple, but before you get started, there are a few important details to keep in mind.
Billing notice
Each new team member you invite will incur an additional charge at the same rate as your current Tella plan.
For example:
If you're on Tella Pro at $12/month billed annually ($144/year), each added member will also cost $12/month billed annually.
Your card on file will be charged automatically when the invited user accepts their invite.
Steps to add a team member
Log in to your Tella account.
Click on your workspace name in the top navigation bar.
Select Add and Manage Members from the dropdown menu.
You’ll now see:
Current members
Any pending invitations
Inviting a new team member
Click Invite.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
To invite multiple people, separate the emails with commas.
Example:
johnny@tella.com, michiel@tella.com
Choose the role for each invitee:
Member: Can create, edit, and share videos.
Owner: Can manage billing and users.
Click Invite.
The email(s) will appear under the Invites section with a status of Pending. You can also revoke any invite at any time.
What the invitee will see
The invited user will receive an email that looks like this:
“You’ve been invited to join [Your Name]’s workspace on Tella.”
Once they click Open Tella and set up their account, they'll be added to your workspace, and billing will be processed automatically.
