Borders
Using borders in Tella to enhance your videos
Borders are a fun way to add a little more style and personality to your videos. They allow you to put an attractive outline around your screen recording or camera recording, making your content stand out.
Accessing the borders feature
Open your video in the Tella editor.
Navigate to the right-hand toolbar and click on Border.
Customizing border shape and style
Upon clicking the Border option, you’ll see two sets of options:
Shape
Rounded Corners: Provides a softer look with rounded edges.
Sharp Corners: Offers a more defined appearance with hard angles.
Style
No Border: Removes any border styling from your video.
Drop Shadow: Adds a shadow effect, making your video pop against the background.
Transparent Border: Introduces a transparent layer for subtle separation.
Solid Borders: Creates a bold, cartoonish style with borders dropping to the right or left side.
You can mix and match different shapes and styles to achieve the desired effect.
Applying borders to multiple clips
By default, the border settings apply only to the clip you’re currently editing. To apply the same border style to all clips in your video:
Customize your border as desired.
Click on Apply to All at the bottom of the Borders panel.
